Spread across 28 acres of lush green campus, the Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering was established in 1979.
The College is named after its founder Late Shri R Dayananda Sagar, a celebrated leader, philosopher, educationalist, and philanthropist.
He believed in providing educational facilities to the people of all sectors of society and played a pivotal role in setting up the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Educational Trust (MGVP).
