In plain English
Features are the verifiable facts: what it does, what it includes, how it is built. They are not persuasion, and they are not optional either.
Benefit-led advice sometimes overcorrects into removing features altogether. Considered purchases need them, because the buyer has to check the thing will actually work for their situation.
What to know
Why it matters
Features are how a buyer confirms the decision benefits persuaded them toward. Removing them in the name of benefit-led copy loses the buyers who were nearly ready.
